Landscape Architecture and Planning – Collaboration with the Western North Carolina Alliance (WNCA) and the French Broad “RiverKeeper” to review existing river access points (based on the River Access Guide documented by RiverLink, 1999) and further investigate and identify potential additional river access as well as proposed paddle trail camp site locations.  SDS conducted field investigations and assisted WNCA with the preparation of grant submittal documents including conceptual river access and camp site exhibits as well as preliminary cost estimates for construction.
