Site Design Studio (SDS) was engaged by a private developer and existing development team as the sports & recreation expert to evaluate existing county facilities, identify active recreation programmatic needs, master plan, established estimates of probable construction costs as well as a phasing strategy for implementation, maintenance and operations.  The active recreational development program includes softball triplex and little league baseball quadplex facilities and associated amenities (i.e. parking, concessions, restrooms, storage/maintenance, bleachers, plazas & landscaping, etc.). SDS was also requested to provide passive recreation program recommendations including adventure play areas, out event space as well as pedestrian linkage to an existing county soccer complex and proposed light industrial / retail development.
