Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians Cultural Development Plan
Site Design Studio was selected as the prime consultant to assist the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians’ Economic & Community Development Office to develop a preferred master plan alternative to improve and enhance the economic and cultural vibrancy of its Cultural District. The Final Master Plan will recommend improvements for vehicular and pedestrian circulation, streetscape and connectivity to adjacent and existing cultural elements including the Historic Cherokee Museum, Fly Fishing Museum, 4-H Grounds / Village, Welcome Center and Event Ticketing Office as well as recommendations for new and repurposed Retail, Restaurant and Office Uses, maximizing future development opportunities.
